Splash Pad

Liam is loving school but isn't super-focused in the mornings eating breakfast and getting ready, so we sometimes try and make his lunch before bed.  On this particular night he was put in charge of his own sandwich making.
He did great and it was so fun watching him be independent and so proud of himself.
Love this one, ha!
Random picture of my sweet babies playing together.
The much anticipated splash pad opened near the end of August (originally planned for Memorial day, ha!) and on Friday Sept 9th I finally took the kids.  I loaded them up and had them put suits on but they had no idea where we were going to go because they were unaware that the splash pad was open.  They were all very excited once they realized where we were going.
Liam probably had the most fun.  He was hard to keep up with.  The bummer was even though it was hot outside the water was freezing cold!
Colin sprinting to his next spot
Amelia getting splashed
They loved hiding under this water-bubble fountain
These two decided the water was too cold and they finished playing and decided to eat a snack.
Liam continued to run around but eventually it became crowded so they changed and played at the playground for a little bit before we went home.
We brought some sand toys too.
Sweet boy
It was a great day and something different to do in Kingman.  On the down side it is generally pretty crowded because it is the only one in town and new.  With the kid population we need more things like this. Also it is all cement so it gets slick, though luckily no one was hurt :)
Now for a little video catch up.  Amelia is really into smelling candles.  This is more of a re-enactment but her saying "Smells good" just cracks me up!
Amelia has been calling her Aunt Sadie "Leely" for awhile now and I finally caught it on video.
Almost the last time playing in the pool.  Seriously one of the best purchases we ever made!
