Wednesday night we left for a quick trip to San Diego! We decided it would probably be best to break up the drive there for the boys' sake so we drove to 29 Palms and stayed the night. The next morning we took our time getting ready and took the boys swimming which they LOVED! Liam was doing a pretty good job swimming (he still needs assistance of course) and I think we need to really focus on some swim lessons this summer.

We took our time and eventually made it to San Diego around 2PM and since the boys napped in the car it was a win win for all of us. Once we arrived and checked in we visited with Michael, Noel, and G&G Casson. Then it was time to head to a park at Mission Bay because Liam was ready to bust out of the hotel.
The boys had an awesome time.

Liam was sprinting from place to place. We pretty much had to run to keep up with him. There were multiple play sets and he made sure to attack each one.

Playing with other kids. Colin was so cute and occasionally would find a stick in the sand and then hand it to the little girl next to him like he was giving her a special gift.

Eventually we left the park and ran to Target for a few items and then dinner in Old Town at a Mexican food place that was amazing! Next up, SEAWORLD!
