4th Anniversary

First of all check out these two sweet boys sharing the ipad :) They were playing some game together until Colin hit the wrong button.

Now then Chris and I celebrated our 4th anniversary on May 1st but had to wait for a little getaway the first weekend of May to Vegas.  We came across a quiet little resort on Lake Las Vegas.  It is in Henderson and away from all the chaos of the strip.  Here is the view from our room.

When we arrived we got ready and went to the village area for dinner.

We ate at a pretty awesome Italian food restaurant and of course enjoyed some gelato for dessert.   Afterwards we wandered around and checked out the view.  It was a little different and we weren't sure if the place was struggling or just newer and still getting businesses in.  Eventually, we came back to our room attempted to watch a movie but we both fell asleep, ha!  The next day we did some shopping and came home.  It was a lovely night away to just enjoy each other and celebrate our four years together.  Here is to many more :)
