Last weekend Sadie had a Cross Country meet in Lake Havasu. We decided to take the boys up and do a little swimming at Great Grandma's condo with Grandma, Sadie, and Macy after the meet.
The boys had a blast!
Liam enjoyed jumping in as usual.

Colin was becoming quite the little dare-devil and would try and jump in on his own! If you sat him on the edge to pull him in the water, he would attempt to scoot his butt on his own and lunge forward into the pool. Dad would also set him on his lap and they'd jump in together. Colin was pretty pumped.
Liam had a blast hanging on this pole.
We swam for an hour, then ate lunch at Red Robin. The boys were pooped so Chris drove home with them and I stayed to do a little shopping with the girls. It was a lovely day.
I have been gradually putting up my fall decorations and was SO excited to go to Safeway and find mini pumpkins! It completed my front yard area.
Sunday morning it was quite cool when we woke up! It seemed like a great day to go to the park. First we did a little morning reading.
We had a great time at the park. The Jacobs joined us and so did Ronnie and Brooklyn. They played for about two hours with a lunch break from Sonic in between. It was lovely.

The gang eating Sonic. Brandi and I made the escape to get it and left the boys with all the kiddos.

They had a great time. Toward the end the kids started playing chase and someone was a monster who had to chase the other kids. Liam was pretty tired and became scared over it and started crying, poor kid. Anyway they had fun and Chris and I were hoping for some really long naps but both boys slept about and hour. It made for a long afternoon!
Later that evening the boys came out front to help me water flowers. Colin sat on his bench with George. He really enjoys his little bench, particularly the climbing onto it part :)
Here is just a random picture from one night this week of all the boys playing cars. I love watching them interact with their daddy. It makes me happy.
