3 Years Old

It's hard to believe that my first born is already three years old!  Liam has such a fun, loving, and awesome personality.  He has an amazing amount of energy all the time but lately he will admit when he is tired.  He still takes an afternoon nap but some days seems like he is ready to give it up.  Liam is 38 and 1/4 inches tall and weighs 32lbs.  Liam is really into Rescue Bots and loves watching the show on Netflix.  He pretends to transform and we have to play Rescue Bots daily.  He still loves his little hot-wheels cars, and we find them everywhere in our house.  Liam loves pretend play and comes up with some pretty awesome stories, usually he'll say something like "when I was a little guy" and then come up with something great.  He is especially into being a puppy dog right now. Liam is also into watching movies lately and can sit and watch a whole one.  I think Chris and I will be taking him to see a movie on the big screen soon :)

Liam wears a size 4T and sometimes a 3T depending on the brand and a size 10 shoe!  He still wakes up here and there through the night.  He usually goes to his dad's side of the bed (I trained him well) and dad takes him back to room, where Liam often asks for a song and then goes back to sleep.  He is fully potty trained and even wakes up to use restroom at night when necessary :) He's still a particular eater.  He basically only consistently eats well at breakfast then it is hit or miss the rest of the day.  Lately he really likes rice of any kind.  Liam's vocabulary is still great (he pronounces curious especially well) and he learns a new word basically daily. He still going to preschool twice a week and LOVES it.  He just moved up to a different class and continues to do well.  He is even in a Christmas program in a couple weeks and I am so excited for him!
Saturday morning when he woke up and was sprinting around despite being up throwing up all night, we had a little gift for him to open at the hotel.  I was just thrilled he was feeling better.  He enjoyed his gift of hot-wheels and Monsters University.  Once we were ready for the day we went to the mall and Liam got to ride the train with his daddy and Colin.

Liam was able to make a visit to Santa Clause in the mall but i have no photos because they wouldn't let us take any (they were charging more than $20 for their cheapest package, so we just elected the "visit").  Then he got to go to the Disney store and pick out a little toy.  Scott and Shelby hung out at the mall with us and she was so sweet to our boy and bought him a couple rides on the mechanical cars and some candy.  He was pretty pumped and seemed to have a good time.  Later we went to Geoff and Beth's house and he got to play and open another gift.

All in all he seemed to have a pretty awesome day and he got to have dinner with G&G Casson and Colin at Claim Jumper.

We love you Liam and our so proud of who you are becoming.  It is amazing how fast you are growing up and I can't wait to see what this year has in store for us.
