Casson Connection: 10 Months!

This sweet little lady is 10 months old! She has been very busy this last month and decided that she is in a hurry to do everything. This little gal LOVES water. She loves to climb in and out of her baby pool and really likes the big pool with her brothers. When she is in the bigger pool she is a wild child. I think she really believes she can swim.

Another one of her favorite things to do is put her face in the water! It makes me crazy and a little nervous.

Amelia loves to stand and took her first steps on July 27th. She has really started walking more the last week. She is officially our earliest walker. I missed her first steps by about an hour, but Chris was home to see her. She did show off her skills for me later though.

She loves being outside and will stand at the door if her brothers are outside and she is not. Ha! She can't be outside with out an adult though because she still loves to put EVERYTHING in her mouth. She also loves to eat. She eats pretty much everything we give her and eats a lot of it! She currently has 8 teeth.

Amelia loves to hang with her brothers at times but is also very content playing by herself. She doesn't have any favorite toys as of yet she just likes anything that fits in her mouth so she can chew on it. Amelia goes to bed around 7:30 and wakes around 7:30 in the morning. She usually wakes 1-2 times a night still but only gets fed once in hopes we will get her sleeping through the night soon. She is still a momma's girl especially around bedtime and I love snuggling with her.

Amelia is a very sweet little gal but she lets you know when she wants something or is frustrated. She will definitely hold her own against her brothers.

She has also become quite the little climber monkey lately too

According to my measurements she is 28.5 inches long and weighs 19.6lbs.

Amelia is beginning to really understand what we say to her although she already chooses to look at us funny when we tell her no, ha! She also has said her first word which is momma. She can say dada but not with purpose quite yet. She also will hold her hand up to her ear and say hello or "uh"
