Beach

Sunday morning we woke up and got ourselves ready for the day. Colin was getting a little fussy because it was his nap time so I asked Liam to sing to him while I finished getting ready.  I caught the tail end before Liam ran away.

We ran to a couple of stores like Target and Babies-R-Us since those are luxuries anymore :(

Colin sat up in the shopping cart for the first time!

We went and checked out Michael and Noel's new house which was super cute and the bathroom was amazing!  We hung out there most of the afternoon and I failed to get ANY pictures.  Later in the evening we took a trip over to Balboa Island and the beach.  Liam saw the Ferris Wheel and insisted on riding it.  Grandpa and I joined in on the fun.  He had a blast and enjoyed pointing out the boats on the water when we were up high.  He eventually got bored and wanted to be done.

Eventually we made our way over to the beach and LOVED it!  Liam had fun throwing sand (which was not encouraged) and running around in it.

He enjoyed feeling it mainly with his right hand and scooping it up but never once attempted to put it in his mouth!

We had a great time running around in our bare feet.

We finished up and all went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner.  The boys were exhausted and Colin slept on the bench seat while in between Chris and me while we ate.  Liam was so pooped that after dinner he wanted to lay down too.
