Pumpkin Patch

Sunday, October 9th we went to a little pumpkin patch close to Aunt Mindy's house.  It started out as quite the adventure.  The gals and kids loaded in one vehicle and the boys in our rental minivan.  Not quite out of the Harden driveway the rental got a flat tire.  The boys (or shall I say men) eventually made it to the pumpkin patch and the van was dealt with later.  Amelia's jacket was in the van that did not make it to the pumpkin patch.  So we wrapped her up in grandma's sweater until hers arrived.
The first stop was the pony rides.  The boys loved it.
Amelia's turn, borrowing Colby's sweater, ha!
Kiddos and some lollipops after the pony rides.
The guys made it! They were so cute on the hayride together ;)
Liam petting the goats
There was a huge pile of sand and all the kids had a good time playing in it.

G&Gs with the grandkids
Some climbing
She was standing to take a picture for me and then fell back into the flowers, but luckily she was not phased.

Hayride
When we all got off the hayride the kids bolted to find a perfect pumpkin.  Mainly Liam, Colin, and Anderson took off running because they were excited.
Chris found a giant white pumpkin and if we had lived closer we would have brought it home!
Kiddos and a variety of pumpkins.
It was very cool to see such a assortment of pumpkins, I for one thoroughly enjoyed it.

The cousins
I just loved looking back at these pictures and seeing Brady and Colin's love/goofiness toward each other.  I also liked how Amelia was petting Colby.
Such good looking kiddos we have
We let the kids pick a very small pumpkin/squash to take home with them.  It had to fit in the backpack and yes we brought them everywhere with us on the rest of our trip and they sat out front our house for decoration once back in AZ
The boys and I decided to walk through the patch to get back to the car while everyone else took the hayride back.  It was a good time with them.
So many pumpkins (my pictures don't really do it justice)
Pumpkins they picked to bring back to Aunt Mindy's house.
After the pumpkin patch we went to Williamsburg.  The guys had to stop by the airport to exchange our rental.  The original plan was to do some shopping and then all the G&Gs would go on a ghost tour but apparently they were all sold out.  So we all did some shopping and went to dinner.  It was a long but good day!
