On Thursday, pretty much everyone had to work, so the Jacobs/Bradleys invited us to go to the Aquatic center in Lake Havasu with them. Chris and I ran a few errands and loaded Sadie and Liam up in the car. It is a good thing this place is inside because it was 115 degrees when we arrived. On our way out to the car even Liam commented on the heat when he said "hot" in his sweet baby whisper. Anyway, we were glad we went and Liam had a BLAST. He wore this little life jacket and felt very independent playing in the water.
He went off on his own quite a bit and did not want to be helped. He thought the life jacket was all he needed apparently. He loved going down this little slide.
Neely enjoyed her time in the water also.
Cason had to warm up to the idea of getting in the pool at first but then seemed to be very glad he joined in the fun.

The pool turned into a wave pool about every 20 minutes, which the kids thought was pretty cool. Sadie, Alex, and Faith were hard to find so I didn't really get any pictures of them. They were in the deeper end and my camera was not going there!

We left a little earlier than the others because Liam was completely worn out. He slept on the way home. We ate dinner with G&G Snay and then dropped Liam off with G&G Casson while Chris and I headed to the ball park to watch Sadie play softball.
On Friday we worked on packing and visiting with the Snay side in the morning. Liam got a haircut, too, which was once again a not so pleasant experience. Then, while he napped Sadie and I had some girl time getting pedicures. Finally, we had to say good-bye and head to Phoenix.

Sadie was extremely upset as usual, and it never seems to get easier to say good-bye but we survived.
