Polar Express

Saturday morning we went over to Sandy and Larry's so Liam could get a good nap in prior to our Polar Express experience.  Colin and Larry hung out for a little while
There was plenty of snow on the ground so Chris, Sadie, and I had a snowball fight.  Here is Sadie chillin' after our fight.
When Liam woke up we let him go outside and play in it.  He was more interested in stomping on little pieces of snow rather than running around in it.
We left Flagstaff a little late so we were basically running to get on our train.  Luckily, G&G Casson had our tickets and everything ready to go.

Liam was pretty excited about the train ride and that he got to have a cookie, too.  On the way to the North Pole they read the story The Polar Express and go up and down the aisles showing the pictures to the kids.

Liam and Uncle Michael
They encourage PJ's and all the little kids wore PJ's, I basically decided to at the last minute. Liam wanted to run around a little so he did a some seat hopping.
The train was fairly warm and I had Liam double layered in PJ's so we had to strip a layer.  Here's Jess, Cason, Liam, and Paige checking out the North Pole and waving to Santa

Colin also got a PJ change.
Liam was a little nervous meeting Santa this trip

Once we arrived to the North Pole and Santa jumped on the train, we sang Christmas Carols the whole way back to the train station. Liam sang loud and clear :)

It was a great trip to the North Pole and all the kiddos and adults seemed to enjoy it.

Looks like so much fun! Who knew you had to go back to AZ to get some snow this winter. :)
